With the seat in a low position the pedal crank axle is above the level of the hip working a different set of muscles and increasing the cardiovascular work. Patented Electromagnetic Disk Brake system with eight loading levels and a resistance range of 0-999 watts. Patented Cateye Pulsimeter. Seating that positions users from 4.75 to 7.0 feet tall in an ergonomically correct riding position. Onboard computer with eight different biofeedback read outs on a liquid crystal display: Heart Rate Program Readout: Set your target heart rate and the EC-3500 provides and audible and visual alarm to notify you when you stray from the target zone.
